Is it just me or there is something seriosuly wrong with this ! An 11 year old could be sentenced to life as in LIFE all of his natural life !!!

The report about a 13-year-old boy who shot and killed his father's fiancee in Pennsylvania described him as using "his own hunting rifle, a shotgun designed specifically for children". According to court documents the weapon used was a 20-gauge shotgun, which is not a rifle

Good riddance.

One less career criminal to worry about.

Freaks like the boy have crossed a moral and ethical boundary to which they can't turn back.

One can't just turn off homicidal tendencies.

This freak is better left segregated from society for the rest of his life.

I think he deserves different treatment. However, the fact that he didn't have a problem with killing his pregnant step-mom because he wasn't happy about her and a new baby indicates that he definitely has something wrong with him. Maybe he is a psychopath or sociopath? He should be in a juvenile facility where he can study and have some freedoms, but he certainly needs mental health assessment and therapy.

I bet his dad is glad that he bought his son a child's rifle and taught him how to shoot. The US really needs to get sensible about the right of citizens to bear arms, because this has gone too far. Just this week there was a 5 yr old who found a loaded handgun in his step-dad's car and innocently put it in his backpack - it fell out in class and thankfully the teacher found it first. Can you imagine if a student picked it up and pressed the trigger!

An 11 year old doesn't have to know anything(he hasn't even reached puberty)... but his parents must...

Today, If many young kids have access to shotguns and pistols to raid schools and shops shooting down people, that's becouse the American laws making it easy for everyone to sell and buy them...

You can't behave a society that gone astray with the power and protection of shotguns and pistols but by taking part in moral education of youngters from very early ages...
