Interesting article.
Our dictator has the 26th place! I'm disappointed!
But if I was going to give weight to different index, I would decrease the 25% for 'years' and I would add it to 'Opposition tolerated' and 'Econ/social Progress". As a person who is living in such coountries, I think these 2 are more important than years. But well these two are products of too many years of having the power!
