When saving the file choose the encoding UTF-8 or Unicode big endian and it will save normally.

Obviously it is a bug in encoding and only the programmers at M$ can explain it and hopefully try to fix it.

Wow this is really messed up. If you replace Bush by your own name then it opens up fine. One you retype Bush it gets replaced by unknown script.

Venice this just happens to be one of many combinations that cause this. Its just that this one is funny. Here is an explanation from a programmer at MS:
