Upgrading Unlocked IPhone 3G OS To Latest Version 3.0

Does anyone know where i can get my already unlocked Iphone 3g Version 2.1 OS upgraded to 3.0? There are a number of changes in 3.0 that i havent currently got but i beleive it is not just a simple matter of downloading jailbreak. any advice would be greatly recieved.

Is it factory unlocked? If so just plug it in and update with iTunes.
