Well it seems like that to Beth as Blackberry is down for the third day running

The server, which is located in West London went down for a period on Monday, then recovered and has now been down again since yesterday.
The disruption has now reached the US and has made the national news tonight. A man said he hadn't received an email since 2.30 that same afternoon!!!

Apparantly people's lives are in turmoil and the shares are plummeting on the Stock Exchange! Sacrebleu!

Beth's friends are threatening never to buy another BB again and will become Iphone users

Footnote: Aswell as her school friends Beth has 110 Emiratis (all male) at the last count, on her BBM.

'Do you talk to all of them?' I asked.

The server being down has even affected me. I talk to my friend on Whatsapp (or is it Whatapps ) every day. He has BB and I have Samsung Galaxy. We have had to resort to text which costs real money.

Life was simple in the olden days.

Have you been affected by this catastrophic turn of events?

BM, thats what happens when they do Research In Motion! They tripped.
They have lied about it, it is rumoured, perhaps they fired the wrong IT guys in their company!
The rumour is that its a VIRUS, and its spreading!
And yes, I am affected.

There was no mention of a virus by their CEO yesterday! How do these rumours get round when BBM is down?

I haven't had the latest as Beth is still in bed and I haven't tuned into SKy News yet. I'm inclined to think Apple have had a hand in all this as their new Iphone is out tomorrow.

I still think life was simpler in the olden days when we had Bob Hope, Johnny Cash and Steve Jobs.

Now we have no jobs, no cash and no hope. and no BBM!
