Nimbuzz banned?

Hai, Etisalat banned voip like actionvoip,freecall etc. but we can use it by using nimbuzz without using any proxy.but my doubt is that if we use nimbuzz etisalat can find my IP or they know I am using such program please clear my doubt with thanks
