well i dont know about mini notebooks with 3g but I do know that there are couple of slate pc with the 3g feature. the slate pc are designed for the vertical market and desgined especially for professionals who are on the move loads of time!
HP and Fujistu do have some slate pcs!
Why exactly do you need a notebook with 3g? I mean what exactly are you trying to do? Do let me know what exactly you are trying to achieve so I can help you out.
3g in this part of the world does cost alot, so you will have to think about that before purchasing. However there are ways of saving information on your hardrive and when you sync the slate/mini notebook you can transfer the data to your network etc!
