Recently, I tried to update my N95 with Nokia Software Updater.
The only problem is when the new version of the GPS software was installed, it did not work like the default version provided by Nokia. I only used the GPS for a few trips to other Emirates. Now, I'm counting the days when I will loose the 3 month free navigation with its purchase.
I took it to a Jumbo service center and guess what? I'm not stupid not to know when something was done or not with my phone. It was exactly the same problem I faced when I brought it there. Nothing was done and I had to wait for 15 days for that. They came up with all excuses which were not acceptable for such a major phone repair which would have been looked into seriously for such a high profile model such as N95.
I cannot believe that Nokia which is supposed to be the no. 1 mobile phone company in the world lacks technical support for its customers.
They have a very bad after sales service.
