But only yesterday did I realize that a lot of sites are blocked due to censor ship and so is Skype .
So I learned the only solution to unlock these sites are through Proxy or VPN . Some sites say its okay to use VPN
some sites say its not allowed to use VPNs . So here are my questions, Please clarify them so I can better understand the UAE laws.
1. Is VPN legal or not.
2. If VPN are illegal are there people who still use them.
3. Have those people been caught for using VPN. And do a lot of people get caught?
4. What is the penalty of using VPN.
5. Some people say Its depends on what you do with the VPN I plan to take a VPN just so I can use skype and view some blocked sites. It is only punishable if you watch nude content XXX on the net right?
6. What are few good VPN sites.
