I've spent the last week sweeping the net for articles about how to build a pc, (and i think i've read them all
) and since i have the basic knowledge of hardware and time i decided to go for it.But here is my problem: Will I find the parts I need in Dubai? because al-Ain (computer plaza) is right at the end of the street where i live, and i've been there a few times in the past and I'm not sure i'm gonna find the best quality hardware here (i don't trust these salesmen one little bit)
I have a budget of 4000 and can pump it to 5000 MAX, but that's it.
So what do you think? Also, i would gladly take any advice/suggestions about what to buy and tips

Oh and i forgot to mention that i managed to save a graphics card from my old pc
nvidia Geforce 7200 GS
