Circuit Training and Fitness Classes Feb 02, 2011
Circuit training is being held at the Dubai Marina Yacht Club with the latest Reebok equipment. It takes 45 min. to complete the circuit. After words feel free to sit down to some breakfast provided at the the training and use of the changing and shower facilities in the yacht club. The first class is a free trial and if you love it then you can sign up for a block of classes.


SUN, TUE, THURS – 6am – 9am (last joining point 8.15am)
MON, WED – 5.30pm – 8pm (last joining point 7.15pm)

Looking good, keeping fit and feeling great is a lot easier than you think. It’s simple. Exercise a minimum of 3 times a week, change your training program regularly and manage your diet a bit better to get into great shape.

The classes are held outside at the Dubai Marina Yacht Club. Starting next week if there is bad weather the class will be moved in to the Yacht Club building.
