I really want to go to the ArtParis exhibition in Abu Dhabi, however, because I can't drive, and the people I know that can drive can't take time off to come with me, i'm kind of stuck.

Does anyone know the best way to get from Dubai to Abu Dhabi/ArtParis? I know there is an Art Bus, but that's a guided tour which i'm not interested in doing...how much would a taxi cost? Would it be easy to get transport to and from Abu Dhabi? Would it be safe to travel alone?

You could take a cab or go in a bus or use a private car service like alghazal

I didn't know about this event, I might go tomorrow after a few meetings in AD.

Al ghazal express is your cheapest taxi service they take 150 dhs one way but its only if they have a car in dubai already available 024445885 ..

a normal dubai taxi would cost around 250 dhs to dubai ..

take the bus from the bus station in dubai. costs 15-20dhs one way. once you reach abu dhabi take a taxi from the bus station the the art gallery.

If you do not have car and wich to go Abu Dhabi, with paying one single dihrams please scratch your mind and you will find a plan.
Note that there is always someone who can give you a ride you just need too meet those people.
Usually you find them in gaz station border town.

People are friendly if you approche them right.

The metro will be OK to Abu Dabi till the end of this year , so the best way to there now is the bus. Wish u good journey.
