I am presuming you have some sort of agreement with the developer as you must have to pay Service Charge.
Maintenance will either be done by yourself or you Contract someone to do it for you.
You have the Land Registration Fee to pay, that is if you have not registered yet.
You have the housing fee to pay to DEWA/DM which 0.5% of the purchase price divided by 12 to be paid on a monthly basis.
