China real estate (commercial and residential) is overheated. That sector is probably going to see some price corrections in the near future just like Hong Kong had in the late '90s.
To end on a positive note: You have Yuan revaluation (consensus is ~5%) coming up if I'm correct. So your purchasing power gets more in line with your countries real wealth (2.4 trillion dollar reserves). The currency is being supressed against the dollar for the benefit of trade surplus (manufacturing exports).
