I never heard of "Ajee kabab", maybe he is referring to "Joojeh kabab", which is chicken

Umm my favourite Iranian restaurant has that on the menu !

Ajee Kebab which is lamb minced kebab spicy

Oh I like Chicken Joujeh though I find it way to tender. Thus prefer chicken kebabs like the South Asians make.
