I'm french ,actually i sell on Ebay France. I would like to leave in Dubai soon , I want to know if it's possible to sell on ebay from dubai ? and can we accept paypal ?

There's no offical Ebay UAE site, but yes, you can purchase and sell on ebay using paypal. Obviously, shipping & handling etc would cost you.

i dont think paypal supports creditcards from dubai. I once tried to register on it, but yea things might have changed now

I would be surprised if this is now the case, I am able to pay online for most things both in Country and Abroad with my local Credit Card.

I suggest you still use your existing eBay account in France and do remotely. Off course all will be settled to your French bank account just like you do in France.
You can register new eBay account in UAE, but only for buying, not for selling (no link to local bank).
For local eBay-like site, try souq.com
