I am being transfered to Dubai from the Uk, and have been offered the job as office manager.

I don't have a degree - will this effect me getting my residency visa?

You degree or lack thereof has nothing to do with getting your resident visa. It all has to do with your job classification. I mean unskilled laborers have resident visas.

So the company offering me the job based on experience will be enough for the residence visa to be issued?

I would suggest that you have your highest secondary school certificate attested. This is normally the minimum education qualification criteria for a "westerner"
