I have resigned my job in April with May 30th as my last day. This has been approved by the company. Later after some days my company has asked the reason for resignation. I have told them the reason is salary. Then My GM has confirmed that my visa will be transferred to another group company and salary revision will be done in comparison to my new offer. I have seen some emails about my transfer. I kept working even today. But I came to know(unofficially) that they are not going to renew my visa. My Labor card expired on may 15th and my visa will be expired on 16th June. Now that I lost my new job offer and also I will be unemployed if they do not renew my visa what should I do. Can I approach labor department.
Our company calculates leave salary on basis of Basic + Transport allowance. Where as I have read that leave salary is calculated based in the basic + other standard allowance which we receive every month. Please advise.
