Anyone had any experience with Urologists out here?

I had a hernia op 2 years ago back in the UK and have the same symptons back again. Need to consider my options for treatment as efficently and painlessly as possible. As i recall the recovery from the operation hurts like hell in comparision to the condition before and will own up to being a "Big girl's blouse" when it comes to needles and pain.
