i am 28 years, software engineer from indian got an offer from one of the company in dubai at monthly salary of 5500 AED.

Can any one please let me know is this salary is sufficient.

How much saving I can do with this package

Please let me know the Cost Of Living in Dubai

like rental house, food, travelling expenses.

That should deal with food and the cost of a car, however rental is such a variable and I am thinking you'd be looking at a room to rent- to get an idea check the classifieds on line with the Gulf News, Khaleej Times and Dubizzle. Public transport is limited to taxis and buses and I am told the bus routes aren't that extensive.
