Is anybody here had applied for Husband VISA after the new VISA types took effect last July?
Is tenancy contract required for the Husband Visa, if so what else should I do because I'm only renting for a Bed Space and plan to provide the VISA for my wife?

All the new visa rules are very confusing. I thought this was only for Sharjah where you had to provide a tenancy contract. Contact immigration, they will be able to help you.
