We are thinking of buying a place here in Dubai in few months time. The places we liked are Greens & for villas - Mirdif. Any good suggestions on these 2 places , pros & cons???

make sure the villa you buy in mirdif is not in the flight path, it can be very annoying to hear those planes fly over your house every few minutes.
