I'm am about to take in two children who have been living with their father. They are aged 9 and 12, and have had little exposure to English. Are their any schools that offer an English Second Language Program? All the schools I look at ask for English at grade level. They can have access to a tutor and I have plenty of time at home to work with them but even with that it will take 5+ years to get their English to grade level and I would like them to go to school for the social aspect of it.
