any other members here working in a software sales environment? I've just handed my notice in at WebEx to move to Dubai in 8 weeks. I've been offered a few positions already but in recruitment and would rather avoid that field if there was an opp with a software company. Is AED15k a reasonable basic to be asking for? (+ commission obviously!)

15K is a pretty good salary. But you'll have to bare in mind that many sales positions here in all industries are taken up by Indians, Pakistanis or Aisian, who work for very little money.
