Hi Guys,

I am moving to dubai after accepting a job from my company. My salary will be about 40KAED per month. I have a wife and an 8 year old I need to send to school. We want to leave in either springs/meadows/marina in a 3 bedroom villa/apartment. We are unsure to rent or buy yet. I heard Dubai is very expensive but on this salary I shouldn't worry should I? (we don't drink or party!) any advice would be appreciated.

It has a classified section for rentals and sales for both Apartments and Villas. Will give you an indication. You should beware though that many places require the rent to be paid a year in advance, or sometimes in 2 or 3 installments.
