Hi there, just wanted to know about receiving post from UK - We live in dubai marina but don't have a PO BOX. We are expecting a few parcels from friends back home but forgot to tell them to post them to my works address. They posted them to our marina address instead. Anyone know if we got a chance of picking them up from post office or are we screwed? cheers

Unless there's a phone number or they're being couriered, I'd say you're pretty screwed, there's no street postal deliveries here.

Either it will be bounced back to the sender or stuck in central/nearby post office for some times. Happened both to me.

If it's registered, check the status if possible. When the goods has arrived at post office, then you (receiver) can come and collect (showing an ID).
