Ive had several interviews with a employer in Dubai and in the process of recieviing a Job offer , Im wanting to get some points / questions down in a email regarding a few things surrounding the Contract ? Visa ? Condtions etc.

Any help with things that shouldnt be missed or asked would be great !!!

Job Responsibilities outline document
Term of initial contract
Probation period / length
Employee / Employer Termination of contract penalty's
Will a Work Visa be obtained before commencement of employment

1. Conditons so far are i pay the airfare to Dubai and they reimburse ,
2. They provide 8 weeks accomodation and will pay up front for a Unit when i find one i like.
3. We agree on a lump sum cost for relocation

Total salary paid without any allowances !!!!
