I'm looking to move to a 2 bed in October when my current lease expires.

I am looking at a 2 bed villa in the springs as the wife wants a small garden. I have seen the prices for these drop quite a bit and there are quite a lot available. Do you think this will still be the case in August/September/October?

Do you think the prices will come down even more after and during the summer as loads more families leave Dubai once their kids finish school?

More rentals will become available in June with expats leaving when the kiddies finish school. The rents are dropping and are negotiable. Survey done said 4 out of 10 expats will be leaving Dubai. That's alot. And I don't think it included the laborers.
