I was working as a sales man in supermarket in Sharjah in 2005. I was not able to continue there due to some issues. The issue was, I had to work for 14 hours continuously which was against the contract. Besides the salary (800 dh) was often delayed. Continuous work affected my health and the delay in salary affected my financial management at home as well as in UAE. So I discontinued in 2007. The company cancelled my visa and sent me ack to India in 2007 on their own expence.
Later while I was trying for another visa, I came to know that I am banned from UAE because I am reported absconding from the company. This is totally against the fact. I left the company in a manner which is allowed by the rule of land. But the company misrepresented my case and now I am banned.
I tried to resolve he use in my own way but the company is now closed down and non existent.
So please help me to resolve the issue and get me vacated from ban
