Palm Island Problems?

Maybe you are right-still an ariel shot though and could be deceptive.Am arriving in Dubai this weekend to complete the deal.I think through a seious contact I can actually get onto the Island and see the Garden Villa im buying for myself.I have heard the first pictures shown are actually the `Show Houses`so it will be a very interesting visit!

What exactly is the problem though? That they're using cheap building materials, or just inefficient design?

Glad you're so happy with your investment. I still think they're too congested though and although the quality may appear to be good you never know what'll happen a few years down the line, or during the next downpore

Also, are they leaving any empty plots of land on the palm islands that people can buy? I'd imagine some people might want to hire their own architects and build their own custom homes, right?
