Not Paying Overstay Fine In Dubai

Hi...please do guide me...im overstay here in dubai for more than one year...i dont have money to pay fine...i work here for 5 years then transfer to another employer but he didint give me a visa..so hard to look for a new job here because of my fine.....now i want to go back in my country...as my mother died..i have ticket with me..is there a chance that they will allow me to go back?please do help me
