I am thinking of leaving my company, but have been told that they have a policy of not issuing NOC certificates?

Can someone let me know what this means in real terms? I have been with the company 18 months, am a UK expat, the position title on my visa is director of contracts and administration.

Good morning, As far as I know even your company will not issue NOC you can shift your company without any objection as long as you reach one year. But in your case you have to speak with your superiors about your decision of leaving the company. For sure they will give you considertaion on that.
