Ok seem to have sorted the problem of the residence visa for my partner with the help of the company I am going to work for, i am told that you need to be employed by a company for at least 12 months before you can leave, however I am also told you can buy yourself out of the 12 months at 500dhs/month outstanding of the 12, can anyone confirm this, or see any drawbacks?

That's not exactly how it works. Best do a search on the forum for all the (mis)information with respect to the 12 month and automatic ban lifting info.
