Here is my friend belong to Afghanistan has US citizen girl friend, now they wish to get marraige in dubai.
kindly advise me about the marriage procedure around emirate.
both are on visit visa.

errr y dont they get married in Afghanistan? or even move next door to Pakiland and get married there? Y dubai????

first how is the afghan gonna come here? he will need a visa, who will sort him out with a visa? then he will need a NOC to get married
