Dear Sir,

I have been working in a manufacturing company (in Dubai) last 2.5 years. Now I got a better offer from sharjah based company. I would like to move to new company. Can anyone suggest me how can I make a move without getting ban ? and also note that my currect visa is for labour(that time i didnt have attested certifiates) as a professional draughtsman I would like to join as Draughtsman.

You need a NOC from your previous employer to change without a Ban

finish 3 years and u can move without NOC

or pay the fee (i think its 10,000 for non engineers) to change your visa without a ban.
