Hi there. Sorry if I posted thread in the wrong theme. I am new there

I have faced the situation:

My driving license was impounded by the Dubai traffic court. My case is driving under influence of alcohol, so license was impounded for 1 year.
impounded date was Nov 2009
release date is Nov 2010

Soon will be 21.

I am living in Dubai, and on Dubai, student Visa, license in qusais traffic court

Is there any chance to reduce the sentence?
