Sorry to ask this, but I know laws change everyday....

I am currently sponsored by my husband, he has an investors residence. I am looking for a job. I am an engineer with a masters degree.
If I get a job offer, and I take it, but I keep looking for a better opportunity. What are the implications to change the sponsorship?. What are the laws?, would I have to wait? any website with the latest laws?.

If you are on your Husbands Sponsorship, a Company can employ you if you have a no objection from you Husband, this means they only get a Labour Card for you and you remain on your Husbands Sponsorship. The problem can of course come if you want to change jobs and they may apply for a Labour Dept Ban. This of course is less troublesome than an immigration ban.
