Salam everyone. I used to work in Dubai as Executive Secretary cum HR Officer for a real estate company. I went back to my home country in 2010 due to recession but I would like to go back to Dubai again early next year. I just want to ask if you know of any companies that are directly hiring overseas. There's a huge hullabaloo in my country over aspiring job hunters who are entering Dubai on visit visas and I do not want to take the risk of being offloaded or harassed by our immigration officers so I am reluctant at getting one. Although there are agencies here that are hiring for Dubai posts, there are charging unreasonable placement fees that I cannot afford.

I hope you can help me by letting me know if you hear of any companies that are directly hiring overseas jobhunters like myself. Thanks in advance!
