My current employer has agreed to issue NOC to change employment before completing a tenure of the contract.

My Questions are:

1) My contract states that it is valid for two days but both parties can terminate contract upon one month notice.
2) My question is if I serve the notice and my employer issues a NOC for changing job, Can i get a new job without changing visa and also, without facing any ban?

I am sure your employer will have to cancel the old visa and the new employer must issue a new one for you, but about the banning check with the labour office.
u can check with the labour office on both actually, they will give you a better detailed answer ..
