I am having a Dubai visa but renting a house in Sharjah. I have a Sharjah tenancy contract and paying the housing tax in Sharjah. Should i also have to pay the housing tax in Dubai?
My employer had deducted 500 AED from my salary without my permission. when i asked them why did you deduct 500AED from my salary, they said it is for the Dubai housing tax and they will be paying my housing tax to Dubai municipality on my behalf! By UAE Labour Law(Article 60)The employer cannot deduct any money from the employee's remuneration.
Please advice.
