I am a Filipino and still working (for nearly 8 years now) with the same company that hired me from the Philippines. I am planning to resign from that company by next month and leave the country (UAE) for good.

My questions are:
(1)    (By Law) Am I mandatory to return to the country where they brought me from (Philippines)?

(2)    I am planning to visit this particular country (reason: visit my family) for a couple of months before going back to the Philippines, thus, it will appear in my air ticket:
(a)    Will the Immigration question me (or worst lock me up) upon seeing my boarding pass and realizing my intention?
(b)   Does my company has a say about it? Just in case they want to see my outbound ticket and find out that it’s not bound to the Philippines?
(c)    Am I putting myself in trouble just because of doing it?

The best way is to contact directly to the Dubai Govt. they are really very helpful or any VISA associate.
