I have a friend who needs a quilt put together for her. Her mom has embroidered beautiful patterns on some squares and they want to put everything together with some fabric between the squares, and then add padding and a backing. Then they want some machine quilting done on top to add some more texture and design. Can anyone recommend a skillful person who can do this in Dubai without ruining it? (as of course this is going to become a family heirloom!) Thanks
