When/where do you guys think is a good time/place to buy property to rent? Do you think there will be an increase in demand soon, or is the wave almost over?

maybe for purchase of property it has. but for sure not for the rental market.

If you own property in Dubai you can easily rent it out in the matter of days and make a 15% annual return on the price too !

I agree Maaad but the rental market will slowly fall back in line.
