Getting A Visa With A Caution.

Getting a visa with a caution. Feb 21, 2008
Have landed the dream job but now panicking as I have a caution for possesion on my record. It is a simple caution and was about a year ago. Will this prevent me getting a visa?

nope, unless its stamped in your passport :D

i wouldn't worry to much, but definitly a scene to stay out of when you are here .... here there are no cautions and the consequences more severe!

Thanks, really worried about it. Presume they will do a CRB check and worried that they won't accept me when it shows up. I am not into that stuff, was a one off and got burned. Feel a bit stupid about it!

no worries they dont do the eqiv of CRB checks in Dubai.

Anyways a caution would not appear on a CRB check, only "convictions", a caution does not come into that category so you are ok.

What about a police record check? they have stated that they will run one, and the company will do the check.......?
