Hi all,

I'm 27 and have been working in investment banking for about 10 years in various dept's and also have a couple of professional qualifications in my field.

I am wondering what the situation would be if I went to dubai on holiday, an while there look for contract/temp work in finance - what are the chances/do they look for that ? I am not too interested about making a fortune, just enough to keep paying the bills while i'm over there.

The main thing is I like to keep travelling around the world and I have wondered if i could work in dubai on a short term basis ?

I am british if that is significant.

Any information would be great.

If you did you could work while on a visit visa which id 60 days, which is illegal to work on but many do.

Costs arent so great here that you'd have to work. Much less than britain for sure.
