hi, i am holding an australian driving license [nsw] and i now i can exchange it with dubai driving license for a fee, without taking the test etc.. BUT my passport is Indonesian. Will they check nationality and request me to take the dreadful test? is the country of issuance of the dl takes precedence over passport or it does not really matter and all depends on the mood of the person in the small window, in that office?
