Etisalat Help Numbers

do somebody know what numbers to dial for etisalat customer service?, last night b4 i sleep ive got a -0.34 load on mg phone's load, then in the morning i cant call anymore because its already -5.46,this is always happening to me, i wonder why, help pls.

etisalat customer service can be reached at 101.
if u hav difficulties in reaching that, try their online chat facility which remains queue free most of the time.. URL is..
