hi all, i just got a question here in regards to my employment contract

i have signed my contract for 3 years in the last november. does that mean i have to stick to my employer during this period of time? and can't resign? i am feeling extremely bad home and galfriend sick at the moment. i dont think i can survive the next 2 years and 9 months. please help!

Hard to say without further details, but essentially if you don't plan to ever come back to the UAE get on a plane and don't look back. If you ever want to work here again you may be in trouble.

Any ban or time limit on working for competition clauses that are in contracts, can be bought out at the municipality. You pay about 3,000 dhs and then go work for whoever you want, or just find a job in the free zone.
