Re: Customer Service Websites Of Dubai
Apr 02, 2013
Hello, amal231
Many companies in Dubai are trying to develop their customer service departments. Usually these are retail shops, banks, property developers, servicing and repairs.
What is the problem you are trying to solve? May be you'd better do more precise research.
Anyway, consumer rights do exist in the UAE, and there is Dubai Department of Economic Development dealing with complaints and suggestions.
The Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) has an "Ahlan Dubai" helpline for complaints and suggestions, tel 600-545555 in the UAE. Or email consumerrights@dubaided.gov.ae , or visit one of their offices.DED offices (opening hours 0730-1330, Sun-Thu) in Al Twar / Al Tawar, Dubai Industrial City, The Dubai Mall. Head Office in DED building Deira near Union Square, moving to Business Village (BV) in late 2010 (maybe).
Here is DED website http://www.consumerrights.ae/index.aspx
One more portal that handles all complains you raise against governmental organizations is http://www.ecomplain.ae/Faq.aspx
Ethos Consultancy also provides customer service solutions http://www.ethosplc.com/
