hey friends,

i just got a offer from a al ain based civil contruction company "Al Fara'a General Contracting Company"....for the post of civil engineer...the work will be in Dubai.....i just hav to ask u all that is it a good company in terms of future prospects.......please help....thanks in advance.... :D

Most local construction companies are not liquid. :? I hope you can understand what i am trying to say. If the offer is good and they pay salary on time then go for it. Check also if the company have website and their past & present projects. :wink:

by future prospects i mean to say growth of an individual....image of the company in the country

yup they hav a web site i hav checked it...they hav contructed the al ain mall provided frabrication for the dubai airport....and thier premix concrete is used for the palm islands as well

Worth it! Grab the opportunity then. I think it's a good stepping stone for your career, make sure the company will give the Engineer's visa. :wink:

Basically you have to make sure you get paid on time and they agreee to pay all your benefits such as;
Accomodation
Medical
School Fees
Air tickets
etc.
